Terms of Service

Last updated: 4 July 2026

1. Who these terms cover

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of CertTrack ("the Service"), a cohort management and certificate-issuance platform operated by JustServicesPro Management & Consulting Ltd ("JCML", "we", "us", or "our"), a company based in Maitama Ext., Abuja, Nigeria.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a training organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" refers to both you and that organisation.

2. The Service

CertTrack allows training providers to manage cohorts, track attendance, run courses and quizzes, and issue QR-verified certificates to students. Features, pricing tiers, and functionality may change over time as we improve the Service; we'll make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes in advance.

3. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at info@justservices.pro if you suspect unauthorised access.

Organisation admins are responsible for the conduct of trainers and staff they invite onto their account, and for ensuring those users comply with these Terms.

4. Subscription plans, trials, and payment

Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Flutterwave); we do not store your full card details.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise at the point of purchase. We may suspend or downgrade accounts with failed or overdue payments after reasonable notice.

5. Certificates and verification

Training organisations using the Service are solely responsible for the accuracy of course completion records and the certificates they issue through CertTrack. We provide the infrastructure — record keeping, PDF generation, QR-based verification — but we do not vouch for, accredit, or guarantee the content or quality of any course, nor the qualifications of any organisation using the platform.

Certificates issued through the Service include a QR code linking to a public verification page. You agree not to falsify attendance, completion, or grading records used to generate a certificate.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Issue fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorised certificates.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other organisations' data or to the Service's infrastructure.
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service, including through scraping, overloading, or reverse engineering.
  • Use student or trainer data collected through the Service for purposes unrelated to the training relationship, without consent.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice depending on severity.

7. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the course content, student records, and other data you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data, including student data submitted by organisations you operate.

You are responsible for having the appropriate rights and consents to upload and process any student or trainer data through the Service, in compliance with applicable data protection law.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by JCML and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features beyond what's needed to use the Service as intended.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service reliably available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, and features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued from time to time. We are not liable for losses arising from planned maintenance or unplanned downtime, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JCML's total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable Nigerian law.

11. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law. Upon termination, we may retain data for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy, or as required for legal or regulatory reasons.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to info@justservices.pro or by mail to JustServicesPro Management & Consulting Ltd, JCML Offices, Maitama Ext., Abuja, Nigeria.
